Restoration of the Old Kitchen - Restauro dell' Antica Cucina

In the Old Kitchen there were two problems: the ancient fire place hood and chimney and the windows. The chimney was consolidated with concrete while the windows had to be reinforced substituting new steel beams for the old rotten wooden beams.


L'antica cucina presentava due problemi: il camino del "larìn" e le finestre. Il camino venne rinforzato con calcestruzzo mentre le finestre vennero consolidate sostituendo le vecchie piattabande di legno mezzo marcio con nuove piattabande d'acciaio.
