Why not? E perchè no?

Dear friends,
the Big Adventure started a few weeks ago: "The Old House Renovation Project". I know you are curious to see what's going on. From time to time you got a (rare) mail to keep you up to date, but it's far too little, so yesterady I accepted Sylva's suggestion:"Your house restoration project should have a blog. Then I could follow it up on the blog." Dear Sylva, here is the blog!...
Well, maybe not all of you know Sylva, so let's introduce her and her husband, Joe, in this picture.

Cari amici,

Now let's have a look at the Old House...before the restoration.
The Old House is the "yellow" one with the small corner balcony. Attached there is another building, sort of "industrial archeological monument", that used to be a water mill...and also this building will be restored. We are fool, arent'we? It is not a coincidence that we live in "via Fol". By the way, what does "Fol" mean? Read the next post and find the solution... and a bit of history.

I am already hooked, and cannot wait for the next post! Particularly the old mill is fascinating. I can see a waterside cafe/restaurant for the hungry river people... Or perhaps a place for meetings of other kinds, small gym or place for yoga...
My imagination carries me a bit there.
What was this about apnoea?
Anyway, I love projects, so wish you weeks and months of happy planning and seeing it all happen.
Avanti!

Folimmersion is a pun: "Fol" instead of "Full". The word "immersion" made me think of "apnoea" and there is a logic in it because, in order to start such an adventure, you must take a deep breath and ...the rest is "apnoea".
